Why Gender Equality Matters

Across Sub-Saharan Africa, girls face barriers that limit education and future opportunities:

  • Poverty limits access to education
  • Early marriage can end a girl’s education
  • Menstrual stigma leads to missed school days
  • Fewer educational and leadership opportunities than boys
  • Household responsibilities reduce time for learning
  •

At No Limit International, we believe investing in girls creates lasting change. Through education, mentorship, and leadership programs, we help girls stay in school, build confidence, and access opportunities for their future.

School Sponsorships

Ensuring Every Girl Can Stay in School

To remove financial barriers to learning, we provide school sponsorships that cover fees, supplies, and uniforms for girls from underserved and marginalized communities. This support helps ensure they can stay in school consistently and continue their education without interruption.

Through this assistance, girls are able to focus on their learning and fully participate in their education journey. The program helps create stability, opening pathways for long-term academic progress and future opportunity.

Orlyanka Champions

Leadership Development Camps for Future Changemakers

Launched in 2022, Orlyanka Champions, named after co-founder Orlyanka Tantchou, combines mentorship and leadership development training to help girls grow into confident leaders and innovators. Participants receive guidance and practical learning that build skills and self-belief.

Girls also lead community-focused projects that let them apply what they learn in real settings. The program helps them strengthen leadership, creativity, and collaboration while building confidence to create change in their communities.

Our programs aim to empower girls in both rural and urban communities to recognize their potential and access life-changing opportunities.

We work to ensure that no girl is left behind in the pursuit of gender equality. Our initiatives encourage young girls to raise their aspirations and pursue their goals with confidence, while also supporting continued education that opens doors to future opportunity.

“Before Orlyanka Champions, I didn’t see myself as a leader. Now I know my voice can create change.”

– Stella Nga, Orlyanka Champions participant

When girls are given access to education and opportunity, entire communities become stronger.
