EmpowerHER Flow

EmpowerHER Flow is a menstrual equity program founded under No Limit International that promotes menstrual health and well-being through education and outreach. The program works to break stigmas surrounding menstruation and make menstrual resources more accessible for women and girls around the world.

EmpowerHER Flow is dedicated to advancing menstrual equity by expanding access to essential menstrual health resources and fostering informed, stigma-free communities. Through outreach and advocacy, we work to ensure that every girl and woman can manage her menstrual health with dignity, confidence, and support.

Menstrual education is fundamental to health and human dignity. Without accurate information and access to essential resources, girls and women face stigma, missed opportunities, and unnecessary barriers in daily life. Providing comprehensive menstrual education helps create informed communities where girls can participate fully and confidently in school, work, and society.

EmpowerHER Flow is a menstrual health equity program dedicated to increasing access to menstrual products and accurate health education for girls in underserved communities. Through structured workshops and community-based outreach, we provide age-appropriate menstrual education, distribute reusable and disposable products, and create safe spaces for open conversation. The program addresses both the physical barriers of product inaccessibility and the social barriers of stigma and misinformation. By working directly with schools and community partners, EmpowerHER Flow ensures that menstrual health is treated as a basic need rather than a privilege.
